Masonry is in the family and now is a part of SIX straight generations. It is a passion. Masonry is an art as demonstrated in the stone mosaic brick oven. Cooking is an art as well. Cooking with our brick ovens is a family passion as well. We have been doing it for over 20 years. We craft our house-made sauce with whole San Marzano tomatoes. Our events are staffed with family members and friends. We love what we do and we love working together.

It all started with brick ovens. Masonry is what we do. We built a brick oven into our kitchen and have enjoyed brick oven creations since 2002. It's a perfect compliment in a kitchen, that is from October through May. It gets HOT. Solution: We built another brick oven outside for June through September. Then, in December of 2019, we had a custom trailer built for a mobile brick oven. We parked the trailer in the garage and custom built our newest brick oven all winter long. Owned and operated by the Campanile family, Campfire Brick Oven Pizza is our passion
